Getting To The Venue
The event will be taking place at The National Hotel: 1677 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139.
The Miami International Airport is an easy 12.5 miles away (approximately 25 minute drive) & the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is a slightly further 30 miles away (approximately 1 hour drive).
Ubers and Lyfts from Miami International Airport start at $30.
Ubers and Lyfts from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport start at $50.
Parking is available at the National Hotel for $25 per day, or $40 for overnight parking.
Hotel
For those of you staying at our beautiful venue, the National Hotel on Miami Beach, here is some useful information for your stay:
- Adult’s only paradise: As a reminder, this is an adult’s only hotel. Only persons 18 years of age and older are allowed to stay at the residence.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or anywhere on the property of the National Hotel.
- Pet Policy: The National Hotel Miami Beach is a pet friendly hotel. The pet must be less than 25 pounds, remain on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. Our Concierge team is able to arrange pet sitting services if required. Any damage caused to the room and/or any other area of the Hotel by the pet is the responsibility of the guest. A one time non-refundable fee of $150 will apply for the stay.

- WiFi: Free WiFi is available at the National Hotel throughout all indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Check In/Check Out times: Guaranteed Check in time is 4PM – Check out is 11AM. Concierge is available to check your baggage if needed prior to, or after your check in/check out time.

Throughout planning for this event, we have been closely monitoring the Covid situation, and have taken recommendations from the City of Miami, the State of Florida, and the CDC to create a set of requirements for attendees to help curb the transmission of Covid. (And, as you know, these recommendations are changing regularly).
Written in our Attendee Agreement, we require a PCR test within 72 hours of the start of the event for ALL attendees, regardless of vaccination status.
For those who have tested positive for Covid in the past 90 days, and who have stopped showing symptoms, you may also provide a doctor’s note that shows when the positive covid test was taken, rather than submit a Covid test. This is in accordance with the CDC’s current recommendation.
Testing must be taken within 72 hours before the event begins (we suggest taking your test on the Monday before the event) so that you have your results in time for registration.

Miami recommendations
Restaurants
Rosetta Bakery
If you’re like me, you might already be thinking of the coffee you’ll have tomorrow morning and the day after, and every morning while in Miami.
Well, we have you covered.
Directly across the street from the National Hotel is the Rosetta Bakery. A cute Italian spot with pastries, drinks, sandwiches, and of course Italian coffee.
Open from 10:30 am – 9 pm, this is a great place to drop in for a quick bite or a little caffeine pick me up.
Time Out Market
If you’re the kind of person who has the worst time trying to decide what you want to eat, then I highly suggest the Time Out Market.
This market has small booth versions of larger, famous restaurants in Miami, so you can pick and choose items from any of them and create a unique lunch experience.
A great place for you and your new friends to enjoy a meal together.
Open from 12 pm Thursday-Sunday, and only a quarter mile walk from our beautiful venue.
Full Bloom Vegan
If clean eating is more your vibe, you will love Full Bloom, a bright restaurant featuring delicious vegan dishes.
This is a restaurant all will love, no matter the dietary preference.
Open from 11 am every day, and less than a quarter mile walk from the hotel.
National Hotel Restaurants
Don’t want to venture out at all? The National Hotel has fantastic options for meals, such as Mareva 1939 for breakfast and AquaGrill for lunch.
You could even get your food served to you poolside. Now that’s luxury!
Shopping
Lincoln Road Mall
I know no list is complete without shopping opportunities. The famous Lincoln Road Mall has you covered!
Whether you need makeup, shoes, clothes, or don’t need any of that all but love browsing shops (we love it too, we won’t judge), this open air mall is perfect to visit.
Boasting over 80 well known shops, this strip is only two blocks away from the National Hotel, and an easy to visit to pick up the necessities.
Española Way
If you like smaller boutiques and adorable streets, another good shopping spot is Española Way.
This pedestrian only street mimics French and Spanish style, so you may not even feel like you’re in Miami!
Only a half mile walk from our venue, Espanola Way houses adorable boutiques, artists stands, and great photo opportunities.
Activities
The Bass Museum
If you are wanting to experience incredible Miami art, the Bass Museum is a great visit.
This contemporary art museum has a rotating collection inside a quaint venue.
$15 for entry.
The museum is open from 12-5 pm and is only a half mile walk from the National Hotel.
Miami Beach Boardwalk
If you’re wanting to get out and stretch your legs, right outside of the National Hotel you can meet up with the Miami Beach Boardwalk.
This boardwalk is the fourth longest in the U.S., and runs parallel to the beautiful South Beach.
A great choice for exercise and taking in the sights.
South Beach
Of course a trip to Miami, and a SOSI Beach Live experience would not be complete without the beach!
Miami’s South Beach is a beautiful and expansive beach with brilliantly white sand, and beautiful blue waters.
Just walk straight out the doors of our venue, follow that ocean breeze, and you’ll be on the beach!
