Can I be real for a moment? When I started coaching, I was scared to show my true self. I played it safe and generic. My business grew... but slowly.

It wasn’t until I embraced and shared my truest self - my love for flowers, fashion, and all things French – that things really took off.  Suddenly, I was attracting women who held similar values and aspirations. Business became even more fun.

Today, let’s talk about infusing style into your career, no matter what you do.

My journey began in an unexpected place: the ICU. As a nurse, I didn’t just administer meds. I’d take time to make patients feel human again - with a gentle hair brush, a soothing face wash, or even just a dab of lip balm.

The lesson? Style isn’t just clothes. It’s how we show up in the world, care for ourselves and others, and express our unique essence - even in tough times.

Fifteen years into coaching, I’m still carrying that lesson. I talk openly about the things I love – style, travel, wellness, and, yes, even champagne. Why? They represent joy, self-care, and celebration - things we all need in our lives and careers.

Style isn’t a one-size-fits-all fashion show - it’s your unique signature on the world.

A teacher? Style could be in your creative lesson plans.

An executive? Maybe it’s your awe-inducing presentations.

A stay-at-home mom? Perhaps it’s how you organize your home or plan family activities.

Cultivating a strong self-image isn’t about fitting a mold. It’s about honoring who you are and letting that authenticity shine through everything you do.

So, I challenge you: how can you bring more of YOU into your work and life today?

Remember, embracing my authentic self changed everything for me. So, don’t be afraid to let your flag fly, whether covered in flowers, polka dots, or fleurs-de-lis!

How will you add a touch of “you” to your career today?

Stay fabulously you,
