I used to be the woman who tortured herself with decisions.
Should I stay in this relationship or leave?
Should I charge $497 or $997?
This restaurant or that one?
The black dress or the navy?
Everything felt weighted. Serious. Like one wrong choice could derail my entire life.
So I did what most indecisive people do: I stalled. I gathered more information. I made pros and cons lists. I asked 17 people for their opinion.
Or worse – I let life decide for me.
That way, when things went sideways, I could at least think: Well, that wasn’t my fault. They picked the terrible restaurant. That person left.
But here’s what I finally realized: Indecision wasn’t protecting me. It was paralyzing me.
I was stuck. Not because I didn’t have options, but because I was terrified of choosing wrong.
When I saw the pattern and the cost, I decided to become a decisive woman.
Someone who chooses quickly, learns fast, and moves forward – no matter what.
Some decisions? Brilliant. Others? Learning opportunities. Either way, I win.
That was years ago, and now I can look back and see all the decisions (small and big) that got me here.
So, I had mastered speed, but more recently, I wanted to master clarity.
I wanted to make decisions rooted in a solid foundation of who I am and what I deeply value.
So I created what I now call The Decision Filter – a simple tool that helps me make most choices in under 60 seconds.
Decisions that once took me days now happen in moments.
I’m breaking it down in this week’s podcast – because clarity doesn’t come from overthinking; it comes from alignment.
Here’s what I want you to think about this week:
The life you want is on the other side of the decisions you’re avoiding.
Choose faster. Choose bolder.
Learn. Grow. Keep that momentum going.
With love,

Indecision is just me pretending I don’t know.
The answer’s always been there – quiet, steady, waiting for me to listen.
When I stop outsourcing my wisdom, clarity appears in seconds.

Barefoot Dreams Cozychic Blanket Wrap
If you’ve been around long enough, you know I love Barefoot Dreams, and this Cozychic Blanket Wrap is exactly why.
It’s cashmere-soft without the cashmere price, chic enough for a quick team call, and cozy enough for curling up with a book. I practically live in mine from December through March.
Pro tip: it makes an incredible gift for the woman who has everything.
Make Any Decision in Under 60 Seconds
How long did it take you to decide what to wear this morning? What about that email you’ve been drafting for two days?
You’re not indecisive – you’re overcalibrated. Too many options, too many opinions, too many what-ifs.
In this episode, I’m sharing the 5-question Decision Filter that helps me make most decisions in 60 seconds. Plus, the Milan Gucci bag story that proves why the decision after the decision matters most.
