This week has been a whirlwind of emotions and cardboard boxes.

As I prepare for my big move, I’ve found myself lost in a sea of memories, unearthing long-forgotten treasures and facing difficult decisions about what stays and what goes.

Yesterday, I came across my old high school yearbook. As I flipped through its pages, I was struck by how much has changed – and how much hasn’t.

It made me wonder: how much of our past do we really need to carry into our future?

Packing has become a metaphor for my life.

Each item I wrap represents a choice – a decision to hold onto a piece of who I was or to make room for who I’m becoming.

It’s bittersweet, letting go of things I once thought were essential.

But it’s also liberating.

I’m excited to share more about this journey with you in this week’s podcast episode.

As I close the door on my cute little townhome, I’m not just changing my address – I’m opening a new chapter.

And I can’t wait to see what stories it holds.

Until next time,

P.S. What’s the one item you’d never leave behind in a move? Head to my Instagram and share your thoughts with me – I’d love to hear from you!

Letting Go as an Opportunity for Growth

“Holding on is believing that there’s only a past;

letting go is knowing that there’s a future.”

~ Daphne Rose Kingma

Letting go creates space for growth and new experiences. By releasing what no longer serves you – whether possessions, beliefs, or relationships – you open doors to fresh opportunities and begin curating the life you desire.

This week, identify one area of your life where you’re holding onto something that no longer serves you. It could be a physical item, a habit, or even a limiting belief.

Reflect on why you’ve been holding on, and then challenge yourself to let it go. Notice the physical and emotional space this creates for something new in your life.

The Everywhere Bag

As I pack up my townhome, one item stands out: The Everywhere Bag. This versatile bag isn’t just luggage – to me, it symbolizes life’s exciting transitions.

With a spacious main compartment and full wraparound zip, The Everywhere Bag has room for essentials, plus plenty of space for new experiences.

Whether you’re literally moving to a new home or metaphorically stepping into a new chapter of life, The Everywhere Bag is a perfect companion, as well as a statement that you’re ready for whatever comes next.

Packing Up and Moving On

Join me on my moving journey as I unpack the mix of excitement, nostalgia, and anxiety that often come with significant changes. I’ll share my personal stories and reflect on the art of letting go and the challenge of deciding what to keep.

We’ll also discuss how clearing out the old makes room for fresh starts and new adventures. Whether you’re planning a move, considering a career shift, or simply feeling stuck, this episode is all about embracing the power of moving on.
