You know that feeling when you finally clean out your closet and realize you’ve been holding onto things you swore you needed – but actually, they don’t fit, they’re out of style, or worse… they never really suited you?

Well, I just had that moment – but not with clothes. With my self-image.

I uncovered a belief I had been carrying for years. One that felt comfortable, familiar, even necessary

But when I really looked at it, I saw it for what it was: outdated, restrictive, and keeping me stuck.

So, I did what any self-respecting woman would do during spring cleaning – I tossed it.

Because if you want to elevate your life, you can’t be walking around in a self-image that no longer fits.

So tell me… is it time to clean out your own self-image closet?

Here’s what a good Self-Image Spring Clean looks like:

  • Tossing limiting beliefs. If it makes you feel small, uninspired, or stuck, it’s gotta go.
  • Trying on new identities. What if you were more confident? More playful? More powerful?
  • Rearranging your habits. Are they supporting the woman you want to become?
  • Decluttering your mindset. No more hoarding old stories that aren’t true anymore.

Curious about the exact belief I had to let go of? The one that was weighing me down more than an overstuffed handbag?

I’m sharing all the details in this week’s podcast. Listen now.

Now’s the perfect time to refresh your self-image – what are you letting go of this season?

To fresh starts & a new season,

The Psychology of Release

The first step in crafting the life you want is to get rid of everything you don’t.

~ Joshua Becker

We often chase growth by adding – new habits, skills, or possessions. Yet transformation often begins with subtraction.

Our minds accumulate more consequential clutter than our homes – outdated beliefs, depleting relationships, and energy-draining habits. When we release what’s not aligned, we create space for what matters.

Before acquiring something new this week, ask: “What can I let go of first?” The most profound growth happens not in what we gain but in what we dare to let go of.

Ogee Complexion Perfecting Tinted Serum

Spring cleaning isn’t just for closets. When I eliminated several products from my beauty routine and replaced them with this single multitasking serum, everything changed.

Unlike traditional tinted moisturizers, this formula contains active botanicals like gooseberry, daisy flower, and vitamin C, designed to improve skin texture over time. After a while, I need half the coverage I once did.

Clear counters, clear skin, clearer mind – sometimes less truly gives you more.

How to Spring Clean Your Self-Image

“I don’t need that anymore.” Five simple words that changed everything when I finally applied them not to my closet – but to a belief I’d carried for years.

This week, I take you behind the scenes of my personal mindset decluttering and reveal what I finally released after years of holding on. We’ll also dive deep into why the most difficult things to let go of are often what’s blocking our evolution.
