Can we talk about something that changes everything?

Decisions.

For a long time, I used to overthink every choice. I’d make lists, ask everyone’s opinion, and worry about getting it “right.”

You know what I learned? Staying stuck in indecision is way worse than making a “wrong” choice.

Here’s the truth:

Powerful women don’t wait around for the perfect answer. They decide. They move forward. They figure it out as they go.

The secret? It’s not about being 100% sure.

It’s about deciding to take a step – even if you’re a little scared. It’s better to make a move and learn from it than to sit on the sidelines, waiting for a guarantee.

When I started making decisions with confidence – even if they weren’t perfect – I noticed something amazing:

  • I felt more in control.
  • I stopped wasting time worrying.
  • I actually started making progress.

So, if you’re feeling stuck or unsure right now, here’s my challenge:

Just pick a direction. Try it out. See what happens. Trust that you can handle whatever comes next.

Tune into this week’s podcast for some decision-making inspo.

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about choosing to move forward.

You’ve got this.

With love & a little push,

P.S. - One of my decisions lately? To show up more on Instagram @tonyaleigh. Come see what happens when one stops overthinking and just hits “post.”

BTW, I’m loving connecting with everyone, so please say “hi”!

Strategic Momentum

The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity.

~ Amelia Earhart

Decision-making isn’t about having all the information – it’s about moving forward with what you have. The woman who waits for perfect clarity waits forever. The woman who acts with strategic momentum shapes her own destiny.

Every decision trains your confidence muscle. Every choice you commit to teaches you something about who you are and what you’re capable of.

Indecision is a decision, too – and it’s rarely the empowering one.

Baobab Collection Black Pearls Scented Candle

I’m obsessed with this Baobab Collection candle – not just for the scent (which is divine), but because it doubles as a serious statement piece.

The glass is handblown – no two are alike – and it’s just so chic. Even after the candle’s long gone, I use it as a vase for flowers. It’s too pretty not to.

And let’s talk about the scent. It’s made in Grasse, the perfume capital of France, and the Black Pearls blend is this gorgeous mix of ginger and black rose. Strong but subtle. Sexy but not overpowering. Every time I light it, my whole space feels more elevated, more intentional.

I keep it in my foyer so it’s the first thing you see – and smell – when you walk in. Instant vibe.

I always say: Don’t save the good stuff. Light the candle. Use the perfume. Pour the nice wine. Even if it’s just a Tuesday.

3 Times Life Almost Broke Me

Some stories leave us forever changed – and today, I’m sharing mine.

In this raw, unfiltered episode, I’m opening up about pivotal moments when life brought me to my knees, the painful lessons that followed, and how these breaking points ultimately revealed strengths I never knew I possessed.

If you’re currently walking through fire or helping someone who is, this conversation might be exactly what you need to hear.
