After a few seasons (or more) of showing up, creating, launching, and leading – I’ve decided to slow things down and savor my summer. I hope you’re giving yourself permission to do the same.
Of course, I’m still working (it’s the Capricorn in me), but I’m shifting into a slower, more spacious pace for the season.
That’s why I’m kicking off something new:
The Summer Podcast Series
Each week, I’m re-releasing some of our favorite past episodes – with a brand-new intro where I share fresh reflections, lessons learned, and how my perspective has evolved since the original recording.
We’re starting with the very first episode I ever published. (Oh dear!)
I was nervous, a little (or a lot) awkward, and figuring it all out. But she hit publish – and I’ll forever be proud of her.

I’m now at almost 500 episodes (what in the world?). There’s so much value – and so much life – lived between then and now.
If you’re one of the rare ones who’s listened to every single episode – first of all, thank you. What a journey. I encourage you to revisit your favorites this summer. Repetition is where real change happens.
And if you’re newer to the podcast, welcome! There’s so much goodness inside, but with hundreds of episodes, knowing where to start can feel a little overwhelming.
That’s why we created a Podcast Guide just for you: Curated favorites, categorized collections, and episodes to support whatever you’re working on right now.
And for a little extra connection, I’ll be hopping on Instagram most weeks (with a few vacation breaks in July) to chat about that week’s episode. Join me over there!
Here’s to a summer of self-image – without the hustle.
Glad you’re here for it.
With love,

P.S. Follow me on Instagram for weekly episode chats, behind-the-scenes summer moments, and spontaneous self-image wisdom. Sometimes in glam, sometimes in linen. Always real.
The Art of Strategic Slowness
There is more to life than increasing its speed.
~ Gandhi
Summer slowness isn’t laziness disguised as luxury – it’s strategic restoration. The most elegant women understand that sustainable success requires seasons of expansion and seasons of rest.
When you give yourself permission to slow down, you’re not falling behind – you’re creating space for what wants to emerge naturally.

Amalfi Coast Silk Scarf
If you’ve been around here long enough, you know I love a scarf. And, I’ll be honest – I bought this Amalfi Coast Silk Scarf thinking it would be a cute vacation accessory. But it’s become part of my summer uniform.
What I love is how it transforms depending on my mood. I’ve tied it around my handbag for a touch of Italian coastline glamour. Last week, I wore it as a belt with a white dress and felt instantly pulled-together.
The hand-drawn Positano details transport me back to sipping Aperol Spritzes overlooking that impossibly blue Mediterranean water every time I look at it.
[Summer Series] Even Elegant Women Get Pissed Off
Let’s get real – sometimes the most elegant thing you can do is acknowledge when something isn’t sitting right with your soul. In this classic episode – my very first! – I share my honest thoughts about why the constant pressure to optimize and hustle harder was making me feel anything but elegant.
This is perfect summer listening for anyone who’s tired of being told they need to do more to be more. Sometimes the most radical thing you can do is simply enjoy your life as it is right now.
