This week’s episode in the Summer Series podcast hits close to home.

It’s called How to Have a Love Affair with Yourself – and let me tell you, this has been a lifelong journey for me. Slowly, little by little, I’ve learned to fall deeper in love with my life.

Not just the curated, polished parts – though they have their place.

I mean really loving it all.

The fears.

The dreams.

The truth.

The art.

The mess.

It’s scary. But if I’m being honest, it’s equally terrifying to live your life holding back from fully embracing it.

Something shifted in me a few months ago. I felt this inner layer finally peel back – one I didn’t even fully realize I’d been protecting.

And what was waiting on the other side wasn’t more fear. It was freedom. It was love.

There will always be more layers. That’s the beauty of the journey.

But this one? It felt like a big one. And it inspired me to revisit this episode with fresh eyes, a new intro, and a whole lot more lived experience.

Here’s to loving it all,

P.S. I’m currently in wine country with friends – savoring the scenery, the laughter, and yes, the pinot. 🍷

The Courage to Love Your Whole Story

The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.

~ often attributed to Carl Jung

What if the most revolutionary thing you could do today was fall madly in love with yourself? Not the filtered version, not the “when I finally have it all together” version – but the beautifully imperfect, courageously human woman you are right now.

Loving yourself isn’t narcissistic – it’s necessary. When you fill your own well with genuine love and respect, you overflow with more to give the world. The most loving people aren’t those who sacrifice themselves, but those who honor themselves enough to show up fully.

Nobody's Child Felicity Midi Dress

I’m obsessed with this Nobody’s Child Midi Dress – and here’s why. From the moment I slip it on, it makes me feel put-together without trying too hard.

The pleated bodice is so flattering (seriously, it works magic), and those pockets? Game-changer. There’s something about a dress with pockets that just feels like self-care in clothing form. Plus, the organic cotton feels amazing against my skin.

I’ve worn mine to brunch dates with myself, evening dinners with friends, and those in-between moments when I want to feel elegant just because. For me, wearing something beautiful is one way I treat myself well – which, as we know, is a crucial part of any good love affair.

[Summer Series] How to Have a Love Affair With Yourself

This episode is pure magic – and honestly, one of my personal favorites. I dive deep into what it really means to be in love with yourself (spoiler: it’s not what you think), and share the practices that transformed my relationship with myself.

We explore why listening to your desires isn’t selfish, how making yourself proud changes everything, and why speaking lovingly to yourself is non-negotiable. This conversation will shift how you see self-love… from fluffy concept to life-changing practice.
