When’s the last time you felt truly alive?

Not “busy” or “productive” – I mean wide-eyed, lit up from the inside out.

For a long time, I didn’t realize how disconnected I’d become.
Not exactly unhappy… just running on autopilot.

Telling myself, this is just life now.

But underneath? I felt dull.
And the things I thought would energize me –
the relationship, the wine, the hustle, the money –
were actually draining me.

Even the effort to look full of life was exhausting.
Trying to appear youthful, polished, “put together.”
But inside, I was disappearing.

Then came Paris.

And no, Paris didn’t save me.

But it woke something up in me.

I was walking everywhere. Eating beautiful meals.
Taking care of myself – not from discipline, but desire.
My style started to feel like me again.

It wasn’t the city.
It was how I saw myself: curious, beautiful, worthy of wonder.
That was the beginning of my aliveness.

And since then, I’ve learned:

Aliveness doesn’t come from more money or approval.

It comes from presence. Gratitude. Movement.
From shifting the story you’re living inside.

Because your self-image sets the tone for everything.

When you see yourself as radiant and creative – you show up that way.
When you see yourself as tired and stuck – you live into that, too.

If you’ve been feeling flat or disconnected lately… ask yourself:

➤  What lie am I believing that’s draining me?
➤  What would help me feel more like me again?

You don’t need a flight to Paris.

You just need to remember who you are.
And start living from that place – one beautiful step at a time.

But I’ll be honest –
Even after Paris, I slipped back into old habits.

I found myself turning to food – not because I was hungry,
But because I was craving something else.

Comfort. Escape. A spark of life in an ordinary day.

And underneath that? I was waiting.

Waiting for something outside to change –
My body, my relationship, my schedule, my bank account.

I believed: when life looks different, I’ll feel different.

But I had it backward.
I had to feel different first to create different.

Food was never the real problem.
It was the placeholder. The pacifier. The pause button.
It gave me a moment of pleasure,
But left me even more disconnected from myself.

What I was truly craving…
was me.

My presence. My aliveness. My self-trust.

That’s when I realized:
I didn’t need more discipline.
I needed a new self-image.

Not just about what I looked like –
But how I felt in my skin.
How I treated myself. What I believed I deserved.

That was the beginning of a different path.

Not punishing myself into a smaller size –
But becoming a woman who was too full of life to keep shrinking herself.

With love,

The Full Life Paradox

Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all.

~ Helen Keller

Here’s what nobody tells you about being “full of life” – it’s not about doing more, it’s about feeling more. You can have a packed calendar and feel completely empty, or spend an entire afternoon reading and feel utterly alive.

The women who seem most vibrant aren’t the busiest ones – they’re the ones who know the difference between being full and being fulfilled. Sometimes the most awakening thing you can do is absolutely nothing at all.

Seoul Beauty Club

I love Korean beauty products. So, in my efforts to discover some great products that are harder to find, I stumbled upon this Korean skincare subscription.

What I love about Seoul Beauty Club is that they’re like a beauty concierge, finding the best products and delivering them directly to your door. Plus, don’t be surprised if they introduce you to ingredients you’ve never heard of – snail mucin, propolis, fermented rice water – that actually work.

But here’s the real magic: when you take time to truly care for your skin, you’re telling yourself you’re worth the attention. There’s something about applying a beautiful essence that makes you more present in your own body – which is where awakening begins.

Each month feels like a reminder that taking care of yourself isn’t vanity. It’s vitality.
