I’ve been thinking a lot about the New Year.
And here’s the truth… I don’t just want to step into it.
I want to walk in as the most elevated version of me.

Which means reinvention.

Over the next 90 days, I’ve decided to reinvent parts of myself.

To be really honest, it feels a little uncomfortable even saying that, because I know what it requires.

Breaking up with the parts of me that are way too familiar.
The habits that sneak in at night.
The thought patterns I’ve carried for years.
The excuses I like to dress up as “reasons.”

I’ve reinvented myself many times, so I know the costs and rewards.
FYI: the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

But this time, I’m doing it in 90 days.

Some things don’t need to take that long.

You can do a lot in 90 days.
You can create a whole new way of being.
You can change the way you see yourself.

And when you shift your self-image, everything else starts shifting, too – your health, your relationships, your confidence, your results.

That’s why next month, inside the School of Self-Image, I’m opening up my own 90-Day Reinvention Plan.

I’ll be sharing my exact process, my rituals, and the mindset shifts I’m making in real time.

Think of it as a behind-the-scenes look at how I’m creating a new version of myself – and how you can, too.

Because you don’t have to wait for January 1st.
You can start right now.

And by the time the ball drops, you’ll already feel like you’re living in brand new skin.

Imagine looking back 90 days from today and hardly recognizing yourself – not because you’ve changed everything, but because you finally became the woman you always knew was in there.

If that excites you, come join me.

Let’s do this together.

Curating Your Next Era

And all at once, summer collapsed into fall.

~ Oscar Wilde

There’s a difference between changing and evolving. Changing implies something was wrong with you before. Evolving means you’re ready to access what was always possible. Most people approach transformation as if they’re fixing a broken thing, rather than cultivating what wants to emerge.

The women who become unrecognizable aren’t the ones who overhaul everything – they’re the ones who get ruthlessly honest about what’s been holding them back. Sometimes the most radical thing you can do is stop tolerating your own excuses. The version of you that’s waiting to be born doesn’t need permission. She needs space.

The 90-Day Reinvention

What if by New Year’s Eve, you were completely unrecognizable? Next month, inside the School of Self-Image, we’re diving into The 90-Day Reinvention.

I know what you might be thinking… 3 months? What can I do in just three months?

Everything. You can completely transform how you see yourself, break up with limiting beliefs, and become the woman who gets what she wants without apologizing for it.

This isn’t about small tweaks – it’s about strategic transformation that leaves you unrecognizable.

Ready to shock yourself with what’s possible?

How to Become Unrecognizable in 90 Days

I’m diving deep into the art and science of rapid transformation in this week’s podcast. I break down why 90 days is the perfect window for reinvention, how to identify what needs to go versus what gets to stay, and the specific mindset shifts that accelerate change.

We’ll explore the difference between changing everything and changing strategically, plus I share why waiting for the “perfect time” is actually sabotaging your transformation. If you’re ready to stop talking about change and start living it – this episode is for you!
