I have to tell you something: last October, I started a 90-day reinvention around my health. But what unfolded was so much more than what I expected.
My morning walks revealed the beauty of simple pleasures.
My time at the gym allowed me to relish in the celebration of health.
Dinner with friends showed me the delight of savoring food and conversation.
After a truly difficult yet beautiful year, I finally slowed down long enough to hear what my soul was craving (thanks to this 90-day focus).
The answer was so clear it made me laugh: More fun. More delight. More French Kissing Life (IYKYK).
And you know what? I’m feeling more alive than I have in years. Dare I say, magnetic.
This is what I want for you this year.
