I saw the number and was mortified.
You know that weekly screen time report your phone sends?
Well, mine read: Four hours. Average. Every single day.
I sat there in my kitchen doing the math.
That’s 28 hours a week. 112 hours a month. Nearly five full days of my life, just… scrolling.
And the worst part? I couldn’t even remember what I’d looked at.
It was all just… noise. Other people’s lives. Other people’s opinions. Other people’s urgency.
Meanwhile, there was a book on my nightstand I’ve been “reading” for three months.
A letter I’d been meaning to write to a friend.
Projects I wanted to work on.
That’s when I realized: It wasn’t a time issue. It was an attention problem.
That was last year.
Since then, I put myself through what I called a Distraction Detox.
And, the results? Well, let’s just say I am on fire.
I’m talking about it in this week’s podcast.
And if you’re ready to reclaim your attention and design an undistracted life, we’re doing exactly that inside the membership this month.
Inside, I’m sharing the “Life Menu” concept that helped me to take my life back – and build it with intention. (Note: this is also the concept that helped me to lose weight and keep it off while making my life 100X better.)
Your life is happening right now. Not on a screen.
Let’s refocus on what really matters.

With love & focus,

Attention is an act of love.
Every time I resist distraction, I return to what matters – my work, my body, my people. What I focus on flourishes.
When I scatter my attention, life feels fragmented. When I give it fully, everything comes alive.

Agent Nateur Holi (radiance)
Since I started Agent Nateur Holi (radiance) consistently, I’ve noticed that my hair is thicker and my nails are stronger.
One scoop in the morning with my coffee. And, since my Distraction Detox, I’m savoring it over a good book or a game of backgammon with Fonz before I start my day.
Do You Need a Distraction Detox? Here’s What I Did.
Can I tell you a secret? I used to reach for my phone before my coffee. Before I’d even said good morning to myself.
In this episode, I share what happened when I decided to stop plugging into the world first thing and started plugging into my actual life. (hint: I’m on fire!)
If you’ve been feeling scattered, restless, or like you’re living at the surface of your own life, this conversation is for you.
