Every few months, my community manager, Laura, and two other amazing women fly in for what we call a “leadership meeting.”
I put that in quotes because when they’re here, it almost feels too fun to call it something so serious.
Here’s the thing about Laura – she is incredible at what she does, and I’m proud to call her a friend.
This year, we both chose a word to guide us. Mine is Vivante. Hers is Awe.
When she told me that, I got chills. Because I’ve watched this woman evolve over the four years she’s been with the School of Self-Image, and awe is the perfect word for where she is right now.
If there’s one thing I love most in a friendship, it’s witnessing someone grow in real time.
Not just talk about it – actually become a different version of themselves right in front of you. That’s Laura.
So I sat her down and hit record. Because the conversation we had about vibrant well-being is one I needed you to hear.
With Awe & Love,

P.S. In April, the School of Self-Image is diving into something I’ve been wanting to teach for a long time.
It’s called The Vibrant Well-Being Framework – and we’re asking one question all month: Does this make me feel more alive, or less?
Join the School of Self-Image to find out what happens when this question becomes your compass.
Well-being isn’t another thing on my to-do list.
Caring for myself isn’t about doing more or being perfect.
Real well-being is about approaching what I’m already doing with more intention, more joy, more ease.
When I stop treating my body like a problem to solve, everything shifts.

The Vibrant Well-Being Framework
You could ask AI what to eat for breakfast or follow some influencer’s morning routine.
Or you could learn to listen to your own body again.
April’s focus inside the School of Self-Image is our Vibrant Well-Being Framework – where we’re remembering what it feels like to live from the inside out. To trust your body’s wisdom over some algorithm’s advice.
This is about feeling so at home in your body that taking care of her stops feeling like work and starts feeling like coming home to yourself.
The Secret To Creating Vibrant Well-Being (Part 1)
What if well-being wasn’t about doing more, but about approaching what you’re already doing differently?
In this special episode, I’m joined by my community manager, Laura, for a conversation about sustainable wellness, why traditional self-care often feels like work, and what it really means to cultivate vibrant well-being.
This one’s different – and I think you’re going to love this heart-to-heart with Laura.
