In 2020, many of us found ourselves in a style rut.

Big stretchy pants, loose shirts, and house slippers became the world’s uniform.

I am sorry to say that not even I could escape this trend, Tiffany. In March of that year… I wore pajamas for seven days straight.

During that week, I noticed I wanted to eat more than usual. I was super anxious and my productivity tanked.

On Day 8, I’d had enough.

I turned off the news, took a long shower, and slipped into a simple, elegant black dress. I styled my hair, put on a little makeup… and disappeared into my office.

And do you know what I did?

I spent the next week creating “A Week of Calm” -  a free, 5-day challenge about learning to manage your mind, access your power, and find your inner peace amidst the storm. And it became one of my most successful workshops ever.

(Note: A Week of Calm is coming up again soon! Keep your eyes out for registration)

I needed it. The world needed it.

And all it took was changing my outfit.

That simple act pushed me out of not just my style rut but my LIFE rut.

I suddenly felt so much more focused, energetic, motivated, and creative

I had gained something invaluable: MOMENTUM.

Creating that workshop was just the beginning. The following months were an intense period of letting go and becoming

Among other pivotal shifts, I ended a long-term relationship that no longer served me and created the School of Self-Image.

And I credit that little black dress for starting it all. It gave me the MOMENTUM to create this extraordinary life.

Welcome to The Momentum Issue, where simple acts spark BIG changes.

Love,

Anyone can be stylish

Great style is not about wealth, status, or body type. It’s a state of mind, which means anyone can achieve it.

You don’t need a template or a manual to become stylish. The only requirement is a curious mind, an open heart, and a little MOMENTUM to jolt you out of your rut.

So where to start? First, let’s throw out all those old-style rules.

I can’t wear this because my body is too big.                                                                  I can’t wear that because I’m too old.                                                                            I can’t be stylish because I can’t afford nice clothes.

Just because you read it in Vogue doesn’t make it gospel.

Start fresh and make your own rules, based on what you love, what visually attracts you, and most of all, what FEELS good.

That’s the thing about creating momentum. The rest will always follow.

Breaking Style Rules
with Viktoria Krusenvald

“I’ve recently had a massive style revelation. For years, I kept my inner style desires bottled up, not allowing myself to buy what I truly want and instead, following some ‘style rules.’

For instance, I’ve gone through elegant styling courses where blue jeans would be a big no-no, as well as many other clothes, so I’ve constantly restrained myself from buying these items.

Thanks to SOSI, I’ve slowly started to revamp my wardrobe according to MY style desires. I’m literally recalibrating my brain and giving myself permission to buy what I truly want, without listening to any style guides out there.

I’m realizing my style direction is towards ‘feminine seductive.’ Today I took a leap after arguing with my brain for an HOUR and ordered two sexy bodysuits and super super skinny jeans.

I took the leap and I’m step-by-step learning to become who I’ve always wanted to be.”

Upgrade to an Elegant Robe

If you’re in a style rut, baby steps are the key to gaining momentum... And if you haven’t gotten out of your pajamas in days, your first step may be to simply upgrade to an elegant robe. Here’s my classic favorite!
