The Edit #171

In 2025, I made a decision that terrified me at first: I stopped trying to sell everything and focused on just one offer – the School of Self-Image membership.

(And even just this year, we’ve restrained – OMG and we’ve just launched a brand new beautiful website.

Up until then, I was juggling multiple programs, launches, and ideas, convinced that “more” was the path to growth.

But the truth? All that “more” was diluting my energy.

My attention was scattered.

My creativity felt thin.

And I was so busy spinning plates that I rarely had the space to make any of them truly extraordinary.

So I made the bold (and slightly scary) choice to simplify – to pour my heart, strategy, and creative energy into the membership alone.

And that’s when everything started to change.

The messaging got sharper. The experience got richer. Our results – and revenue – grew. And the ripple effect touched every part of the business.

Just this week, we launched a stunning new website (it’s gorgeous, check it out)not because we needed more, but because we finally had the space and clarity to make it extraordinary.

Here’s the thing: “do less but better” isn’t about staying small. It’s about building depth before breadth.

Once the membership became the company’s solid heartbeat – with a clear purpose, a refined message, and powerful results – it made sense to expand.

Now, every new offer we create is born from that same clarity. Each one is designed to complement and deepen the work, not distract from it.

I learned something powerful that year: momentum doesn’t come from doing it all. It comes from doing less – but doing it deeply, intentionally, and beautifully.

And when you do, you earn the right to grow wider, because the roots run deep.

With focus & attention,

The Thought Edit

Less Is More

You can do anything, but not everything.

~ David Allen

Restraint is the most underrated form of power. We live in a culture that glorifies addition – more goals, more productivity, more hustle. But every “yes” to something new is a “no” to depth, mastery, and presence.

The women who create extraordinary results aren’t doing more than everyone else – they’re doing less, but with fierce intentionality.

They’ve learned that scattered energy creates scattered results. That one thing done deeply will always outperform ten things done halfway. Restraint isn’t about playing small. It’s about playing smart.

The Feature

The Next Era Quiz

Feeling scattered? Overwhelmed by all the areas you want to improve at once? Here’s what I’ve learned after coaching thousands of women: trying to transform everything simultaneously is why nothing actually transforms.

The Next Era Quiz helps you identify which of the four identity archetypes is calling you forward right now – so you can focus your energy where it matters most. In less than 90 seconds, you’ll discover whether you’re being called to step into The Visionary, The Curator, The Vivante, or The Muse.

Because clarity is the antidote to overwhelm. And focus is what actually creates results.

Want More Out of Life? Start Doing Less

Get ready to challenge everything you’ve been taught about achievement. In this episode, I break down the three energy states most women operate from – and why only one will ever get you where you want to go.

I share the science behind why multitasking kills your results, how resistance actually blocks what you’re working toward, and what it means to operate from coherent energy. This conversation will fundamentally shift how you approach everything.
