what i'm thinking about

There’s something special about firsts.

Your first kiss
Your first car
Your first paycheck
Your first child

When did you have your last “first?”

If we’re not careful, we can stop experiencing firsts as we get older. We get into a rut, doing the same things over and over.

This is exactly why I made it my mission to experience more firsts in 2022… Most were planned. A few were unexpected.

I’m sharing them all with you in this week’s podcast, in the hopes that you will commit to having more firsts in your life in 2023.

The Importance of Firsts (Plus My Favorite Firsts of 2022)

Life can be filled with newness if we let it, ~Contact.FirstName~.

But only if we let it…

Welcome to The Newness Issue. How sweet it is.

The Thought Edit

A New Thought to Restyle Your Mind

Being Comfortable as a Beginner

When we’re kids, we don’t mind being new at something. In fact, it excites us. We play. We fall. We try new things with joy and wonder. This week, ~Contact.FirstName~, try on a “beginner’s mind.” Allow yourself to just let go and not have it all figured out. I promise life is more fun that way.

On Becoming a 6-Figure Woman
with Traci Nadine

“One year ago I took a leap and joined the School of Self-Image to work on me. To learn how to not just live but to experience life.

And you know what? I have ZERO regrets.

I set an EG to pay off $50,000 in debt and you know what? I blew through that goal like it was made of straw!

I have:

  • Become more disciplined
  • Learned to care less about other people’s thoughts about me
  • Realized through the Wealthy Woman program that money is ABUNDANT and when challenges (formerly called problems) arise, I can manage them all like a Boss!

And Sisters! I have some extraordinary news to share! Recently, as I’ve gone through the SOSI work, I told myself I will be a 6-figure woman. Well, today I signed papers and I am a 6-figure woman!

This is more than just achieving a goal. This is doing the work and practicing living from my future.”

A Daring Dip to Discover

Growing up with a lot of body shame, I admired women who were comfortable in their own skin. I knew that I would never be free as long as I was trying to hide my body.

This is exactly why I decided to go sk*nny dipping many years ago. And you know what? I did it with a group of fabulous 70-year-old women by my side.

It was the most beautiful and liberating moment — women enjoying the feeling of the warm Caribbean water and sunshine. No shame. Just joy and pleasure.

I highly recommend you try it.

Get Out of That Playlist Rut

I see some of you out there, rocking that same exact playlist week after week. Try on some new music once in a while! Here’s a little sensual mix tape I made. It’s an oldie but an oh-so-goodie.

Put a Little More (Style) Drama in Your Life!

Style is a great way to introduce newness to your life - but only if you allow yourself to try things on.

With my sleeves, like all things, I’m a go-big or go-home kind of gal. In fact, I’m a huge fan of dramatic style - a statement necklace, a bold print… or big, puffy sleeves. (I traded life-drama for fashion-drama a long time ago.)

I bought this shirt at the beginning of the season, and without fail, I receive compliments each time I wear it.

You need this drama in your life, ~Contact.FirstName~!

The Toast

Your Invitation to Connect & Celebrate

Celebrate Life Around the World

Each of us experiences “celebration” a certain way - our way - but I find it fascinating to see how the rest of the world celebrates.

  • Millions of tiny lanterns
  • Running with tomatoes
  • Huge headdresses
  • Head-to-toe colorful body powder
  • Motorcycles in the desert
  • Glamour on gondolas

Just look at this little list of celebrations around the world.

The world is full of fascinating firsts, ~Contact.FirstName~.

All you have to do is reach out to grab them.

You can start with some of mine if they resonate. I’ve shared them in this week’s podcast.
