Last month, I turned 48.

Things have changed. My body doesn’t bounce back like it used to. I’m sagging in places that didn’t sag before. The crow’s feet get a little deeper each year. And my hips don’t lie (but they are improving with consistent stretching and working out).

I could sit around and think about everything I’ve lost with age, but what a waste of time!

What about all that I’ve gained?

  • The wisdom that these years have offered me

  • The growth I’ve experienced

  • The memories I have

  • The health I’ve been blessed with

I love my age.

Are you loving your age?

If not, I want you to consider that it’s not about a number or a wrinkle. It’s what’s going on between your ears – from where you place your attention to where you look for validation and approval.

Speaking of approval and validation, I want to ask you:

>> How often do you not go after something because you’re afraid of what other people will think?

>> How often do you not wear the outfit because you’re concerned with what people will say?

>> How often do you not speak up because you’re worried about rejection?

>> How often do you not put your work into the world because it may be judged?

Chasing approval steals your individuality and is a recipe for a miserable and unfulfilled life.

This is why I’m doing something I rarely do - a last-minute, 48-hour-only open enrollment for the School of Self-Image membership.

Why? Because we’re doing a whole Approval Detox next month, and I want every people-pleasing woman who suffers from fear of other people’s judgment to have access to this life-changing work I’ve been doing in my own life.

And, let me tell you… I’ve never felt more free, more alive, and more in love with my life – and it’s because I’ve been going through my own approval detox.

If you’re ready to finally stop obsessing over and chasing external approval, get your gorgeous self in the membership for next month.

One month can change your life.

The Wisdom of Aging

Without supervision, the mind may look for what you lack as you age. But what if you deliberately shifted your focus to celebrating what you gain by growing older?

Aging brings experiences, and these experiences bring knowledge that’s essential to creating the life of your dreams. It’s not just information; it’s a deep understanding of the world, a better grasp of who you are, and a growing awareness of what’s truly important.

Embrace each day. Seek the wisdom it offers. Allow it to guide you towards your extraordinary life.

Building Upon a Well-Lived Life

with Kippy Massey

When I first joined Tonya's truly brilliant programs, I had recently retired and moved back to my home area, where I knew only a few people. I was lonely, somewhat depressed, and had little to do with my life.

Through Tonya's programs, I discovered how to improve my already well-lived life.

I learned to stop feeling sorry for myself and, most importantly, to become proactive in recreating the wonderful quality of life I missed.

I found a family among the online friendships I have made within this community and have watched both myself and my cohorts grow, shift perspective, and thrive.

That said, I believe I have reached Level One of my Future Self at age 79 –  turning 80 in March.

I do plan to keep going for at least 20 more years.

80 is the new 60, ladies.

Agent Nateur Holi(mane)

I am all about aging powerfully. One supplement that helps me do that on both the inside and outside is Holi(mane) from Agent Nateur.

I use this daily, and I love sprinkling it in a smoothie. But you could also add it to your coffee or tea in the morning. It’s rich in trace minerals and combines collagen and pearl powder to support gorgeous hair, skin, and nails at any age.

Loving Your Age

Do you love your age? If you didn’t answer with a resounding “Yes!” I get it. In a culture where we celebrate youth more often than experience, it’s common to struggle with societal expectations and personal insecurities about getting older.

In today’s podcast, I’m shifting the narrative and focusing on how to celebrate the wisdom, resilience, and unique beauty that age brings. Plus, I’ll share the keys to embracing our age with love. Whether you're in your twenties or your golden years, this episode is for you.
