Style is about SO much more than the clothes we wear, Tiffany.

It’s a language we speak to the world. It’s manifesting who we are becoming.

A wealthy woman, a joyful woman, a bold woman.

To catalyze your personal RENAISSANCE and embody that woman, you must first dress the part.

This does NOT mean you have to rush out and spend a fortune on new clothes. In fact, I challenge you to do the opposite.

Find something from your existing wardrobe and wear it in a different way.

The best outfits aren’t always expensive or new; they’re the ones you feel the BEST in.

Yesterday, for example, I received three compliments on my top.

What people didn’t realize was:

 1. It wasn’t really a top at all. It was two scarves.

 2. It cost less than $20.

Style is about fun and creativity. There are probably endless options in your closet right now that you haven’t even considered.

Take a look at your wardrobe through the eyes of the woman you are becoming. Then share your outfit choice with me over on Instagram @Tonyaleigh.

I cannot wait to see what you come up with, Tiffany, and to hear about the transformation it inspires!

Welcome to the Renaissance issue of The Edit, all about using style as a tool to fashion yourself into an extraordinary woman with extraordinary style.

A woman who is going places must evolve her style more frequently.

I am an advocate of changing our style frequently. Whenever you shake up your wardrobe, you gain new perspectives and access new thoughts.

It’s a quick and easy way to shift your energy in the moment.

For those of you who are thinking, “It’s not really that important,” I want you to think not from your current sense of self but as the woman you ultimately know you’re meant to become.

Does she make style a priority?

Because believe it or not, Tiffany, the choice between throwing on whatever is most convenient versus dressing with intention can make ALL the difference in the way you see yourself, the way you show up in the world, and the people and opportunities you attract.

Science even has proven for it - enclothed cognition. Essentially, it states that when you dress the part, you act the part. So, your style plays a BIG role in creating your life. And if that’s true, doesn’t it deserve some special attention?

Stylish & Triumphant
with Lisa Masquelier

“In early February 2023, I was diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer, which was a life-altering moment. Pre-SOSI, a diagnosis like this would have crippled me. But thanks to the tools I’ve developed through SOSI, I made a conscious decision that I wouldn't let the diagnosis define me and faced it head-on with courage.

At the end of March, I underwent a bilateral mastectomy, marking a significant turning point in my journey.

Working to rediscover and embrace my new body post-surgery, SOSI played a crucial role in navigating my style choices. It helped me celebrate and honor my new, unique body shape. I explored different clothing options, silhouettes, and accessories that made me feel beautiful and confident in my own skin.

Rather than allowing cancer to define me, I used style as a powerful tool for self-expression and to regain control over my own narrative. It showed the world that I am still vibrant, strong, and capable of embracing life's challenges with grace and style.”

The Perfect Accessory for Reinvention

I consider chic scarves a wardrobe essential. You can wear them in so many different ways to reflect different qualities - around your neck, in your hair, as a belt … or even as a top (my favorite interpretation). Here is the scarf you see me wearing above, the one I got all the compliments on.

How to Use Style to Reinvent Yourself

Style is one of my favorite tools for reinvention, and in many ways, it has been the catalyst for my own personal RENAISSANCE.

Making more intentional style choices had the magical effect of shifting my thoughts, setting me on the path toward the life of my dreams.

This is why getting dressed is a sacred morning ritual for me. By choosing an outfit, I am setting my intention for the day.

Join me for this week’s episode, where we’ll talk all about how to reinvent yourself with style.
